Esta cuenta informará principalmente sobre la labor de la Dirección de las Villas Pontificias y sobre su actividad, difundiendo las novedades y las iniciativas que se promuevan.

La creación de dicha cuenta tiene como objetivo dar a conocer, a un público más amplio, las principales actividades llevadas a cabo por las Villas Pontificias, proporcionando asimismo información y noticias de utilidad para los visitantes.

Este canal de comunicación permitirá alcanzar a personas y entidades que se informan principalmente a través de las redes sociales.

The Governorate of the Vatican City State, in its effort to offer comprehensive and widespread communication, has opened its official Instagram account for the Pontifical Villas at Castel Gandolfo: villepontificie.

The account provides useful news to visitors and will include basic and historic information about this centuries old historic landmark of the papacy.

The creation of the account has the objective of promoting, to a wider audience, the activities carried out by the Directorate of the Pontifical Villas, informing the public with current news and initiatives of public interest.

This channel will make it possible to reach people and organizations that obtain information and communicate primarily through the use of social media networks.

Faced with the recent years’ changing habits in the use of communication and information technologies, the Governorate of Vatican City State, is updating and digitizing its communication.
