New website for the Vatican Postal and Philately Service: www.postevaticane.va

The Directorate of Telecommunications and Information Systems is pleased to announce the launch of the new website for the Postal and Philately Service of the Vatican City State: www.postevaticane.va
The site is conceived as a "digital contact point" - an online environment where users can navigate and find information and services. The modern and intuitive design offers "fluid and smooth navigation", making interaction with the online services more informative and efficient.
Through this new digital tool, we want to eliminate obstacles and make our services more responsive to client needs. Thus, the website becomes the "privileged gateway" to keep updated on the postal and philatelic activities, explore the richness of our heritage and obtain the support necessary for daily operations.
The main features of our site focus on three fundamental aspects. First, we offer intuitive online services with a section specifically designed to simplify crucial operations such as tracking shipments, filling out CN 22 customs forms for outgoing goods and consulting the product catalogue. This translates into an experience that we define as "fast, practical and accessible from any device". Second, we provide constantly updated information. Through our website, we regularly publish the latest news, updated post office opening hours and all important communications relating to our services, ensuring "constant and reliable updates". Finally, we focus attention to dedicated customer support offering assistance intended to answer every doubt. We provide specialized support, because we firmly believe in customer care, that is, "helpful and ready to solve any questions".
In conclusion, the launch of the website www.postevaticane.va marks an important step forward in our mission to provide efficient and accessible services to our customers and is part of a broader project that includes the gradual release of other websites and online platforms such as the already scheduled release of the new IT platform for Philatelic and Numismatic Marketing (www.cfn.va) that will allow the regulated purchase of philatelic and numismatic products.
Happy navigating to all.
